Lamb And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground lamb (browned)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup sliced cremini mushroom
    12 ounces shredded swiss cheese
    2 cups Minute Rice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in casserole.
    cover and bake@ 350 45 minutes or untill rice is tender.
    NOTE: for thicker casserole, use more rice, for thinner, use less.
