Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Karo light corn syrup
12 ounces vanilla wafers
1 cup almonds, toasted
1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
1/4 cup apple Schnapps
Garnish
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, for rolling
Preparation

Place nut and wafers into a food processor and process till fine.
Add rest of ingredients and process till all well combined.
Shape into 1 inch balls pressing to mold them.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
