Overnight Cinnamon Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    4 cups skim milk
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
    The night before: Combine oats, flour, baking powder, and spices.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until moistened.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    In the morning: Spray waffle iron with a non-stick cooking spray and preheat according to manufacturer's directions.
    Stir batter (it will be thick).
    Spoon batter onto center of hot waffle iron and bake 4 to 6 minutes.
    (I use a Belgian Waffle Maker.) Spray the waffle iron before making each waffle.
    Serve with fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt or maple syrup.
