Roast Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb) ducklings
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon powdered ginger
Preparation
    Wash and dry duckling.
    Combine remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Roast for 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally.
