Pickled Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon pickling spices
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 lb ring bologna, cut into 2-3-inch pieces
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes; cool. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Pour vinegar mixture over bologna. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator.
