Poppy Seed Quick Bread - cooking recipe

1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix (not pudding type)
1/2 cup oil
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
4 eggs
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Preparation

Beat cake mix, oil, pudding mix, and eggs until well blended.
Stir in water, poppy seeds and lemon extract.
Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for approximately 40 minutes or until they test done.
