Crispix Sweet Minglers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels (1 cup)
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts (optional)
    6 6 cups other Rice Chex or 6 cups Corn Chex
    1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate on HIGH for 1 minute.
    Stir and heat an additional 30 seconds at HIGH or until melted.
    Stir in peanut butter and peanuts.
    Gently stir in cereal, until well coated.
    Place powdered sugar in 2-gallon storage bag.
    Add cereal and close bag.
    Gently toss cereal mixture until well-coated.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Note: You can make this on the stove-top.
    Use a double boiler to melt chocolate, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and peanuts.
    Pour mixture over cereal and proceed with recipe.
