Weber Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons onions, chopped
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 cup catsup
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    saute onions and celery until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes until flavors blend.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce.
