Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bacon, diced, cooked and drained
    12 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    32 ounces tater tots
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pinch salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place cooked bacon in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
    Cover with tater tots.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over tater tots.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
