Garlic-Roasted Pork With Tarragon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork tenderloin
    2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
    1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    paprika
    1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
    2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
    Place pork on a baking sheet. Cut four 1/2-inch slits.
