Microwave Satay Sauce - cooking recipe

1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 teaspoons red curry paste
Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.
Microwave on high for 1.5 or 2 minutes. Or heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally over medium-low heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
