Citrus Mint Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup butter
    3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon lemon juice, for filling
    1 teaspoon lemon zest, for filling
    1 teaspoon lime juice, for filling
    1 teaspoon lime zest, for filling
    1 teaspoon orange juice, for filling
    1 teaspoon orange zest, for filling
    1 teaspoon of fresh mint, chopped, for filling
    1 lemon, no rind, for topping
    1 lime, no rind, for topping
    1 orange, no rind, for topping
    handful of fresh mint, chopped, for topping
Preparation
    Mix together crumbs and butter.
    Press on bottom of a 9\" springform pan. Set aside.
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
    Stir in remaining filling ingredients and pour mixture into crust.
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Top with thinly sliced orange, lemon and lime. Sprinkle with fresh mint.
