Simply Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 tablespoon bacon grease, rendered from 6 slices of julienned bacon (set aside)
    2 medium carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
    1/4 cup green onion, sliced thinly
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
    3 cups milk, scalded
    1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
    In a 4 court pot render julienned bacon and set bacon bits aside for topping.
    In grease, saute carrots and celery until tender.
    Into carrots and celery, stir flour, celery salt, pepper, chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons of salt.
    Cook, covered, 8 minutes. Add milk, Simply Potatoes(R) Diced Potatoes with Onions, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and butter.
    Cook covered another 10 minutes.
    Garnish with the julienned bacon, and green onions.
