Green Goddess Dressing - South Beach Diet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    1 ounce chopped anchovy fillet
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    3 scallions, chopped
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until pureed.
    Keeps covered in refrigerator for 1 week.
