Mr. Food Honey-Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded slightly (1 to 1 1/2 pounds total)
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
    Coat a 10- by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
    In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the topping is golden and no pink remains in the chicken.
