Caribbean Sunshine Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups coconut rum
    2 cups pineapple juice
    1 cup orange juice
    2 ounces lime juice
    4 cups of perrier water
    1 quart vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Mix and chill liquid ingredients in fridge for 4 hours.
    Serve over a quart of vanilla icecream.
    Garnish with a sprig of mint or a cherry/pineapple skewer.
