Apple Halwa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pieces red apples
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 teaspoons ghee or 3 teaspoons saturated butter
    fine chopped dried fruit
    food coloring
Preparation
    Wash apples and peel off their skin.
    Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.
    Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add color and mix wellAdd cashew nuts and serve.
