Chicken And Rice Skillet With Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken tenders
    2 teaspoons ZATARAIN'S(R) Big & Zesty Blackened Creole Seasoning
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 cups water
    1 (7 ounce) package ZATARAIN'S(R) Yellow Rice
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
    Stir water, Rice Mix, cranberries, celery and onion into skillet. Bring to boil. Place chicken over rice mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender.
    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
