Diet Strawberry "Pie" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb strawberry
    2 cups water
    2 (1 1/3 ounce) boxes cook-and-serve sugar-free vanilla pudding (4 serving boxes)
    1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin (4 serving box)
Preparation
    Wash, trim and slice strawberries. Spread strawberry slices across the bottom of a glass pie dish.
    In a saucepan, combine water and vanilla pudding. Whisk constantly over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin. Continue whisking, off heat, until gelatin is fully dissolved. Pour evenly over strawberries. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully set, 3-4 hours.
