Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons light cream
Preparation

Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add remaining ingredients; beat until well mixed.
