Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) can apricots, drained and chopped
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
    1 cup hot water
    1/2 cup reserved fruit juice
    1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
    1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
    1 cup whipped cream or 1 cup Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain fruit and reserve juice.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add 1/2 cup juice, and chill until partially set.
    Fold in fruit. Pour in a 9\"x9\"x2\" pan. Top with marshmallows. Chill until set. Cover with whipped cream. Garnish with nuts.
