Ingredients
    1/4 lb chipped beef
    3 ounces cream cheese
Preparation
    Finely mince beef.
    Divide cheese into 12 pieces and roll into balls.
    Roll each ball in beef until completely coated and place a toothpick in each.
    For presentation, stick the picks onto a grapefruit or an apple.
