Banana Fruit Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup butter
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup candied fruit
    1/4 cup seedless raisin
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add chopped nuts.
    Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, bananas, and milk and combine well.
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just moistened. Gently fold in the fruit and raisins.
    Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until golden in colour and tests done with a toothpick.
    Freezes well.
