Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
    3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1 egg white
    3 tablespoons ketchup
    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thouroughly.
    Form 1/4 cup meat mixture into meatballs.
    Arrange 1/2 the meatballs around the edge of a dinner plate or large microwave safe plate.
    Microwave meatballs at 70% power 4 minutes 30 seconds.
    Turn over meatballs.
    Microwave at 70% power for 3 minutes.
    Repeat steps 3-6 with second half meatballs.
    Add meatballs to your favorite sauce.
