1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins
2 medium carrots, grated
3/4 cup soymilk
2 eggs, equivalent
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Stir until combined.
