Greek Yogurt, Nuts, & Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt or 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almonds
1 apple
Preparation

Chop up apple (or any other fruit or berries), and sprinkle apple and almonds over yogurt. 1 tbsp honey can also be drizzled over if you need a little sweetness.
