Hot Chicken Salad With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 onion, diced
    3/4 cup pineapple tidbits
    1 cup almonds, sliced
    1 (12 ounce) bag croutons, slightly crushed
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Fry or bake chicken breasts, then cut into bite-sized chunks.
    Mix chicken, celery, onion, pineapple, almonds, croutons and mayonnaise. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish; add mixture.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
