Homemade Buttermilk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (370 ml) can evaporated milk
    1/4 cup vinegar or 1/4 cup lemon juice
    water
Preparation
    Pour milk in a 32 oz measuring cup.
    Slowly stir in vinegar and mix well.
    Add water, slowly while stiring to fill to the 32 oz mark; mix well.
    Refrigerate.
