Tatertot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
    1/2 onion (chopped)
    2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cups tater tots (frozen bag)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Brown onion on stove in a tablespoon of olive oil.
    Add ground beef to onion and mix until meat is cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper, remove an excess fat from pan.
    Add all ingredients together and put in sprayed 9x12 casserole dish.
    Cover top with tatertots.
    Bake in oven for 40 minutes, until taters are golden brown.
