Omega-3 Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup almond meal
    1 cup brown rice flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup flax seed meal
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup demerara sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    mix wet ingredients, add dry.
    chill in fridge.
    roll out and cut into shapes.
    bake 350 7-10 minutes.
