Suet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lard
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup ginger
    1 cup dried cracked corn
    1 cup sunflower seeds, chips
    1/4 cup cayenne pepper
    1/3 cup molasses
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup yeast culture
    6 cups cornmeal
    5 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Melt lard on low heat in a saucepan.
    Poor into a really large mixing bowl.
    Stir in other ingredients in above order.
    Pour Mix into cake pan,cool and cut into blocks to fit your feeder.
    Freeze in zip lock bags.
