Chocolate Chip Meringue Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed, divided
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
    3 egg whites, room temperature
Preparation
    Combine flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
    Stir in butter and blend well.
    Press mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with chocolate and butterscotch morsels.
    Beat egg whites at high speed until foamy.
    Gradually add 1 cup packed brown sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Spread meringue over chocolate layer.
    Bake at 375F for 18 - 20 minutes.
