Asian Marinade With Lemon And Fish Sauce - cooking recipe

2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 green onion, sliced thin (about 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon lemon zest (grated or 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass)
Preparation

Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Place meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables in zipper-lock bag or in shallow, nonreactive pan. Pour marinade over contents and seal or cover.
