Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups quick oats
Preparation

Combine all ingredients but quick oats in large saucepan; melt and bring to boil, and let boil for 1-2 minutes.
Add oats and stir to combine.
Drop onto sprayed or lined cookie sheets, and let cool.
Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container.
