Guinness Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups Guinness stout
    1 1/4 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
    In a small pot caramelize onions with oil.
    Add spices and keep stirring with whisk
    add brown sugar then honey
    Then add stout.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools.
    Store in refrigerator.
