2 pears (cored and sliced)
1 green onion (sliced)
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup gorgonzola (crumbled)
1/4 cup candied walnuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon walnut oil (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Assemble salad.
Mix the lemon juice, oil, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Toss the salad with the dressing to coat.
