Restaurant Style Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons minced onions
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk (or add 1 tsp. lemon juice to 1/4 cup milk and let stand for a few minutes)
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, plus
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice, plus
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation

In a large bowl mix the coleslaw and onions.
In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the coleslaw and onion mixture.
Stir well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
