Crock Pot Black Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) bag dried black-eyed peas
1 small ham hock
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Del Monte zesty jalapeno pepper diced tomato
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation

Pre-soak black-eyed peas according to the instructions on the bag.
Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
