Hot Chocolate - Small Batch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 dash salt
    1/3 cup hot water
    1 quart milk
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and water in a 2-qiart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
    Reduce temperature and add milk stirring until well mixed.
    Stir constantly until right temperature is reach.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
