Mexican Low Fat Green Chili Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1/4 water
    1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeds & membrane removed,chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor combine the green chilies, lime juice, water, cilantro,garlic, jalapeno& sugar Puree- the dressing should be smooth with just little specks of the contents Refrigerate for about 3 hours before using.
