Queso Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 cup milk
    1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    Whisk in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
    Whisk in milk gradually until incorporated.
    Gradually stir in cheese until melted.
    Season with cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
