Spicy Cajun Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation
    In a small bowl,mix all ingredients together.
    Use 1 tbsp spice mixture per pound of uncooked beef or pork,2 tsp per pound uncooked fish or chicken.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes about 1/3 cup.
