Clarimont Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs cabbage, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Mis together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Mix together vegetables.
Pour dressing over vegetables and mix.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
Keeps 1 week.
