Paleo Moroccan Carrot Salad With Dates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 organic carrots, peeled and shredded
    1/4 cup dried dates
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 large lemon, juice of
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1 teaspoon paprika
    coriander (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix together in a bowl.
    Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
    Serve.
