Gingerbread Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, frozen
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 -3 teaspoons molasses (original calls for 2 but we like 3)
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed, and serve immediately.
