Tofu Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    8 ounces soft tofu
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    Mix first two ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
    Mix the remaining in a blender.
    Pour the blended ingredients into the flour mixture.
    Stir well.
    Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
