Banana-Raisin Whole Wheat Bread, No-Egg, No-Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons flax seed meal
    6 tablespoons water
    1/3 cup applesauce
    3 medium bananas (mashed)
    1 cup raisins
    2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon banana extract
Preparation
    Grease bottom 9x5 loaf pan.
    Mix the Flax seed powder with 6 TBSP water. Mix and sit for 30 sec.
    Stir all ingredients and flax mixture together until blended.
    Bake for 60-75 min at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minute.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
