Crock Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
3 carrots, in 1 inch pieces
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil
3 lbs rump roast
1 cup beef broth
Preparation
-
Place potatoes, carrots and onions in crock pot.
Mix salt, pepper, celery seed, parsley and basil.
Sprinkle over vegetables.
Place roast on top of vegetables.
Pour beef broth over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
