Tia'S Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    3 stalks celery, finely chopped
    3 cucumbers, finely chopped
    2 cucumbers, cut into small chunks
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons chives, chopped
    1 -2 teaspoon of minced garlic
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    3 shakes Tabasco sauce
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 cups tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly, at least 4 hours. Serve in chilled cups. May top with croutons if desired.
