Easy Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
10 ounces crushed pineapple, in its juice
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together well (but gently) in a large bowl.
Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 38 minutes, until dark golden brown. Enjoy!
